Basics of Research Measurements, Tool Construction, Validity and Reliability of Tool was conducted for teaching staff of Al Shifa College of Nursing to make the research study more objective, systematic and authentic, the construction of tools and selection of techniques for collecting data are prime importance. Dr. LARISSA MARTHA SAMS, Principal, Lakshmi Memorial College of Nursing, Mangalore was the resource person for the seminar. It was aimed to enhance the knowledge regarding tool construction, validity and reliability of tool and apply this in their professional life of teachers.
